The Magic of Itzhak Perlman - Massenet (Meditation from Thais)

This is another piece I would love to listen to as a boy - in may regards it is pure magic. I'm still extremely fond of it even though I'm well aware that this is a highly criticized opera by many.  Enjoy!

The Extraordinary Acapella Talent That is "The King's Singer's"

If you haven't heard of "The King's Singers" then you're missing out. They're almost certainly one of the most talented acapella groups ever formed. I selected this because it's entertaining and showcases the groups abilities.

Zborovsky and Shostakovich:
Nostalgia of Our Immigrant Past

I'm American, however my entire family was born in the Ukraine but for myself and one other cousin(of whom I believe I beat to the punch for being the first born in this country). Some music reminds me of this heritage and this is one such piece. I always feel such a profound sense of nostalgia when I listen to it...his piece by the famous "Dmitri Shostakovich." Perhaps its not technically his greatest work but it's dear to me for whatever reason.
